Sometimes Koko sets a really good example for the rest of us. As we race through the day driven (seemingly uncontrollably) by our compulsive thoughts, Koko makes each moment last a very long time, by just appreciating what"s there, right in front of her nose (and mouth).

It"s so simple, but humans make it difficult - unless we choose to wake up and enjoy our natural gifts. Koko"s message: don"t wait for a disaster to appreciate nature"s gifts, do it now!
